Order execution

The big advantage of our company is our own digitizing studio, which is not only able to prepare program quickly but also, when necessary, make corrections on the production stage. The machinery allows to produce different orders simultaneously. Our well-stocked storeroom with threads and other accessories makes efficient realization of all the orders. All of these advantages and the close cooperation between the stages of production decide that most orders are carried out within 1-2 days. 

The graphics which are indispensable in the valuation and preparation of the project can be send by e-mail in any format such as: cdr, pdf, ai, eps, psd, jpg, gif, bmp, png. Orders for the embroidery program may be send by e-mail, fax, telephone or in person. The finished embroidery order is sent by courier or Poczta Polska (Polish Post). We cooperate with DHL and UPS, but upon client’s request there is a possibility of ordering any courier company. In the case of constant cooperation and large orders we can provide our own transport. 

At the beginning of the cooperation we prefer settlements in cash, cash on delivery or prepayment on the pro forma invoice.

Regular clients can always count on favourable terms. Depending on the number and value of orders invoice is issued with convenient payment terms.
